NEST Restaurant, within HOGO Hotel.

This exclusive culinary event brought together world master chefs
Zdravko Štrbac and Damir Sertić, whose expertise and creativity
resulted in a menu perfectly paired with wines from Despotika Winery.

The food and wine pairing went far beyond technical precision—it became a complete sensory
experience. Each bite naturally followed the next sip, creating a harmony of flavors that guests
truly enjoyed. Smiles around the table told the entire story.

Once again, NEST Restaurant proved to be a place where gastronomy is experienced through every
sense—taste, design, ambiance, and impeccable service. The first Gastro Meeting confirmed that
exceptional cuisine, quality wine, and the right atmosphere create unforgettable moments.
